We are incredibly impressed with this small-town pharmacy. I frequently reach out to them for assistance with my father’s medication management, as I live over four hours away in Asheville. They are always exceptionally helpful, ensuring my father receives his medications on time. Their app is also very user-friendly and convenient. We only wish we had a pharmacy like this in Asheville! Mary Beth has been very helpful as well.

Our daughter had a procedure done and our usual pharmacy didn’t have the medication she needed in stock and wouldn’t have it until the following week. After a few calls to other pharmacies in the area, we kept getting the same response until my husband contacted Koonce. One the Dr was able to get the prescription transferred over, the Pharmacist and Pharmacist Tech worked diligently and were so kind to stay after hours to ensure we got the prescription we needed so our daughter wouldn’t have to be in pain over the next few days… I am so thankful for their professionalism, patience and kindness they’ve shown towards myself and my family!

THE BEST! My pharmacist, Mary Beth Hayes is absolutely amazing! Can’t say enough. She always go above and beyond to take care of her patients. Libby, Mindy, and Lori are always so helpful.
