Hi!! Everyone Im a Chadbourn Dental Patient with Chadbourn Dental Care. I want to acknowledge their EXCELLENT!!!!!!! Service. I was there today and an incident happened with a person where the person was extremely rude with a staff member I want to recognise how profesional they handled the situation and were able to get it under control. I want all to know that the STAFF!!! Are Outstanding!!!!! and their Services are Warm and Welcoming in an Safe Environment. If anyone needs Dental Care they are the Ones!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks!!!!!! Worst 2 dental visits ever. Dr. Morgan is not very friendly! Does not have a welcoming presence like he’s glad to have you there. I was a new patient he talked to me like I was a kid or like I was on trial and about to be sentenced on my personal dental care. He prescribed me some toothpaste and rinse that caused staining to my teeth in few short months and I got a filling completed by him and he was so rough on my mouth until afterwards my gums and jaw had scrapes on them and were sore and hurt for days!! I was hesitant about letting him do it but it was so hard to find a dentist and wait to get in to see someone was so long so decided to just go ahead. Next time I will listen to my gut and just go elsewhere even if I have to wait a while. They do not have worry about me again!

I’m in a power wheelchair and I asked before my appointment if I would be able to get in and they said yes. WARNING!! IF YOU USE A POWER CHAIR YOU CANT GET IN THIS FACILITY!! Three ladies did come out to see if they could push me in but my wheels just kept spinning. 🤨

I had been procrastinating to get my wisdom teeth removed for about 13 years, 10 of which the top two were broken, and one was impacted. I had tried to get them removed before, but I would get the run around and give up after a few visits. I thought I was just coming in for x-rays. I walked out of there in an hour and a half with all four removed!! Dr. Morgan did a fantastic job. The receptionist and assistants were great. I was able to work the following day almost completely pain free and I opted to not take the pain meds. Way over exceeded my expectations!!!!
