I just picked up my prescription from this pharmacy and had a great experience. It was ready in less than 10 minutes and the staff helped me pick over the counter generic options that were cheaper. Very happy to have a pharmacy nearby with great service.

I switched to this pharmacy looking to make my medication pick up easier. While the staff there is kind they have been overcharging me for medication for months because they were processing my insurance incorrectly. The staff there never notified me that they were having issues with my insurance and instead had me pay out of pocket despite all my medications being covered. The pharmacy did not feel it was important to mention the insurance wasn’t going through (because of their error). When I spoke to one of the staff on the phone about the issue they told me it wasn’t a big deal instead of acknowledging their mistake. Been using Konwaller as my pharmacy for years, and I absolutely love this place. The staff is great, and gives you personalized service. They go above and beyond. Cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy.

The most wonderful people, I am so grateful for them. I can’t believe it took me this long to write a review. They are always lovely and on top of things, I also appreciate that they have very reasonably-priced generic products on site,. After spending over four hours trying to get a prescription delivered from Walgreens. I finally figured out that I could have it transferred and these wonderful people are calling Walgreens for me to get that done.

The pharmacy has a charm that predates the other pharmacies. The staff speak Bangladeshi, Pakistani, and Russian. The prescriptions are filled within 5 minutes, and all of my questions were answered in a way I understood. The pharmacist took the time out to call the doctor right away and get a refill on a prescription I thought I had, but had expired. They were extremely helpful, and I plan to come back and get my flu shot this fall.
