Koch Orthodontics - Braselton

As a mom of three kids we all know finding an expert we can trust is important. Koch Orthodontics Braselton is a brand new location for the very well known Dr. Koch, making access to orthodontics more convenient for those who live in North Georgia, winder, Braselton and Barrow County and North Gwinnett and who are looking for; braces for their children, braces for adults, Invisalign for adults, Invisalign for teens, or braces for teens. Our family has been using Koch Orthodontics over the course of eight years which included; the adult Invisalign, 2 sets of children’s braces (one of which we are still being seen for), and a set teenage braces that has been completed. I had the pleasure to see Cecil at the front desk when I arrived and she welcomed me warmly to the Koch Orthondics Braselt

I have been a patient for over 2 years now at the other locations and just started coming to this brand new location! Johnny is my favorite clinical assistant. He listens and conveys all my concerns to Dr. Koch. The doc is also very responsive and cares about his patients. I have a very complicated case as an adult patent, and I put off getting braces for too long. I feel that I’m good hands with Dr. Koch and Johnny. I can’t wait to get them off and see the end results.

I had such a great experience at my recent appointment and really wanted to recognize Devonte. He was incredibly kind, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I tend to ask a lot of questions and overthink things, but he took the time to listen and made sure I felt confident and reassured when I left. His energy and the way he genuinely cares about patients really stood out to me. It was honestly one of the best appointments I’ve had. Dr. Koch is also AMAZING and always listens to my concerns, but I especially wanted to highlight Devonte because he made such a positive impact on my experience.

From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed by the woman at the front desk who is warm, kind, genuinely chill, and has an amazing sense of humor—she sets the tone for the entire office. The staff is consistently on point: professional, caring, and truly great at what they do. You can tell they take pride in their work and in the people they serve. The environment itself is clean, uplifting, and welcoming, which makes every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. I especially love the self-serve café area with coffee, tea, and hot cocoa—it’s such a thoughtful touch. I’m incredibly grateful that they accept Medicaid and that they welcomed and happily helped my son when his tooth placement and grow

Love this company so much! They always walk you through what they are doing. Always so kind and friendly. I have bad dental anxiety but I always feel calm when I come here. Everyone I meet is just so kind that it truly seems too good to be true lol. Thank you Koch for your hard work. Truly gave me back my confidence with my smile!
