Koblin's Pharmacy

Absolutely terrible experience. I called ahead to confirm my prescription was ready, was told it was, and then arrived only to be told they hadn’t even started it. I ended up waiting 45 minutes in a cramped store while the staff moved at a snail's pace. To make matters worse, they couldn't give me a straight answer on why there was a delay. This isn't the first time they’ve been disorganized. If you value your time, go elsewhere.

I try to support local businesses, but the service at Koblin's is consistently rude and dismissive. The staff acts like you're an inconvenience just for asking a question about your medication. They are incredibly short-staffed and it shows—phones ring off the hook without being answered, and the 'pharmacist consultation' was basically them shouting over a counter. Unprofessional and stressful.

Save yourself the headache. They are constantly out of stock of basic medications and never bother to call and let you know. I’ve wasted multiple trips here only to be told 'we're waiting on a shipment.' When I asked when it would be in, they just shrugged. This is people’s health we’re talking about—you can't be this unreliable. Moving my scripts to a pharmacy that actually knows how to manage inventory.

Yesterday, my friends and I were subjected to appalling treatment at this pharmacy. A staff member accosted us with baseless accusations of shoplifting the moment we glanced at the snack aisle. She was needlessly hostile and refused to listen to our explanations. To make matters even worse, when my friend desperately sought help for a severe reaction to caffeine, they callously threw him out without a second thought. Their negligence directly contributed to my friend ending up in the emergency room later that day. This pharmacy's staff is not only rude but dangerously incompetent, and I intend to pursue this matter further.

Yesterday, me and my friends went to this pharmacy to find some snacks and some lady that apparently worked there came up to us in an aggressive manner and asked us in a rude tone if we were looking for something after roaming around the snack isle and looking for some candies we could purchase. She cut us off mid sentence and later kicked us out after assuming that we were there to cause trouble and attempting to shoplift although we did not intent to do so. Our friend was asking for any sort of advice since he had overstimulation on caffeine and had effects of said caffeine. Instead of giving him any recommendations on how to take care of it, they instead kicked him out as well. A couple of hours later, he was in the emergency room. This is no exaggeration. Terrible customer service.
