I would of rated the pharmacy 5 stars. But some employees there aren't very friendly. They can make you feel judged at times. I use this pharmacy 5-6 times a month. I guess it's all about who you are and what kind of prescription you are picking up!! The way I see it is Jesus christ, sees us all as equal. Well I hadn't had my heart meds in 8 days finally got it to knox professional pharmacy, I'm on quarantine for covid ,couldn't leave the house, I offered to pay them double , extra, anything as long I could get my meds to keep living. They wouldn't even ask a manager and get his help. So you decide, all my meds I take to keep living. And begged for them. NOPE, NO LUCK.
LOVE this pharmacy. The employees are always very friendly and it takes no time to get your prescriptions. You can be in and out in 10-20 minutes! AWESOME!
Excellent customer service and has a Amazon return, via UPS.
