My experience at Knox Dentistry was excellent Dr NcDonald is a very courteous and professional dentist. I felt comfortable and trusted him totally with my care. I am a satisfied patient and will keep going there for any of my dental needs.

Dr. McDonald and Pam (the hygienist) are both amazing! I’ve been going here for over a decade. Even though the place is an hour drive from my home, I continue to go here over and over for my dental work, and I highly recommend them to others. Dr. McDonald explains things so well every time that he needs to do a procedure. He’s also very nice and kind. He is what I call a conservative dentist, meaning that he will try to keep your natural teeth for as long as possible and will not do unnecessary work. I would describe him as having high ethics and standards. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Everyone that we encountered was really friendly. My son who's really nervous and doesn't want to cooperate well with things like this. They spoke calm to him and talked like it was exciting about what was happening. And also praised him for being a brave lil boy. Totally recommend to them to everybody.

This was the very best experience I've ever had at the dentist! Everyone...the receptionist, dental assistants, and even Dr. McDonald went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and that all of my questions were answered. I need to see an oral surgeon and Dr. McDonald actually got on the phone to explain my issue to the oral surgeon, then his office staff made all of the arrangements. Nicest bunch of people ever!

Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere with excellent dental service that is always focused on the individual patient. Thank you all for such great service each and every time.
