Know Movement

Just had an initial session with Bria and could not be more impressed. I was looking for sports massage plus a corrective regimen for some hip pain/mild injury I've been dealing with as a runner. She provided all that and so much more. From her taking the time to assess the problem, provide thorough manual release, and coaching on continued exercise/body cues, I am left beyond satisfied as a client. What I really appreciate was the time she spent and her ability to help me (a layperson) understand my body. I didnt feel like a number, but a valued client. Her expertise is clear, as is her authenticity and passion for keeping people moving pain free!

Bria is the massage therapist I've been looking for my whole life! She has a seemingly intuitive understanding of movement. In mere seconds, she has identified issues that have taken me years to recognize. She also has the patience to explain things to me in layman's terms. In just two sessions, she has helped me to greatly expand my knowledge of my own body. Her work is amazing, holistic, and you can really tell she cares. 10/10 would recommend!!

Know Movement is hands down the best massage therapy I have ever received. I've worked with numerous massage therapists in my day being a former D1 Athlete, and the experiences I've have with Bria, by far, top all others. Bria does due diligence on the front end to determine your needs/trouble areas, works on them, and then follows up with getting to the root cause of the issue. Bria has cured a few of my injuries from running, and has equipped me with strength/conditioning and exercises to prevent the issue from persisting. She truly cares, and she's truly talented!
