Kneading Relief Massage and Wellness

I’ve been seeing Evelyn for a few years now and really look forward to my sessions with her. Each session is different depending on what’s going on with me. Evelyn truly takes the time to figure out what you need out of each session and knows what’s going on in your body better than you do.

This was my first massage in a long time, and Evelyn was amazing! I left feeling like 10 pounds had been lifted off my body. She found knots I didn’t even know were there, and I could instantly feel the difference afterward. I was a little sore the next day, but I felt lighter, looser, and even noticed my posture was better. Still have some work to do, but I’m really looking forward to our next session! This massage was such an excellent experience - I went in seeking relief because I had twisted my mid and lower back one one side and was having major pain, and honestly it feels like Evelyn completely cured the issue. In the 24 hours before I went in the knots kept growing, getting tighter, and were not responding at all well to my attempts at self-care (stretching, self massage, ibuprofen, etc.). I also have some long-standing complications due to old injuries that she helped connect to my recent pain-she's kind of like a body detective.
