Dr Nguyen was very thorough in my exam. She was also very informative and honest with me about the health of my gums and teeth. The hygienist was so gental and thorough as well. Plus, they were all so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend Emerson Dental. The ladies put my anxiety about seeing a new dentist at bay. Answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns.
I had a filling done here 3 months ago, but I'm experiencing sensitivity and suspect it's chipped. I scheduled an appointment to have it fixed, but they told me I needed additional services and charged me a fee for the follow-up appointment. I think this is unreasonable because it's their fault; I only had the filling done 3 months ago, and I believe they should provide a warranty.
I have been a patient for around 20 years. Dr. Nguyen has kept my smile warm by fixing a few chips. Great color matching and customer service why my recent crown. Shout out to Cuny and Alicia.
Love going here! They take really good care of my teeth and helped me tackle my sleep apnea problems as well. Have been going here over half of my life and I’ve never had a problem!
