They canceled my appointment twice, and then they still made me come in only to tell me they were closed. It was 1:50pm and they were closed for their Christmas celebration(I understand their celebration, but they changed my appointment two weeks ago for today). They could have at least called to let me know they wouldn't be open. I had to take my children out of school, and they couldn't even give me a note. I wasted my time with you

Absolutely horrendous. I scheduled 2 appointments with them. The first was canceled because the specialist wasn’t going to be in until 2pm. The second was scheduled for 9am which miraculously was changed to 11am without my knowledge. I called back and let them know I needed earlier so they “kindly” gave me a 9:30am. THE NIGHT BEFORE they left a message saying the doctor wasn’t going to be in until after 10. This is not okay. People take off from work and rearrange their days for these appointments. They don’t care about your time, they won’t care about your health.

This place is terrible when it comes to answering the phone after you receive service. I had to pick up my daughter’s glasses by 3:30pm closing time. I get off work at 3:00pm everyday. I call them and they NEVER answer the phone, but they tell me that I have 3 days to pick up the glasses before I have to pay for them. Horrible customer service and I will find another eye doctor! I do not recommend this place to anyone. Find another doctor.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. NO EMPATHY. Came here to see Dr. Klein for blurry vision 2 years after my LASIK surgery. He recommended a revision by the surgeon who performed the procedure originally. In order to qualify for this revision the surgeon asked that Dr. Klein perform a series of tests and fill out a form with his findings. Dr. Klein’s secretary team scheduled an appointment for these tests and asked me to come back with the form. When I came back for my appointment, Dr. Klein refused to see me and perform the necessary tests. His assistant said “Dr. Klein, does not want to get involved” in reference to “fighting” with the surgeon who performed the LASIK procedure for my revision. It’s giving lack of patient advocacy for a procedure I have the right to receive after a botched LASIK procedur

One of the worst optical office I ever visited they don't answer the calls when you get there the closed way before the hours and the staff zero stars very unprofessional
