My recent visit to get my bottom braces on was very exciting. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Klein made me feel at ease while my braces were being put on. This was the first time in the office and my son was so nervous, but everything was amazing. All the staff were smiling and friendly. Everything was broken down and explained very well. The appointment did not feel rushed. Even my son thought things went smoothly and he felt very comfortable by the end of the consultation. We would highly recommend Klein.

AWESOME!!! Smiles when I came in and cheerful greetings from Gina and Rhonda! The girls in the back were cheerful, helpful, and smiling as always. Set me right up for my appointment and in a few minutes Dr. Klein was there. He is always very helpful, asking if I have questions or concerns and very kind. I was only there a few minutes but it was a great experience. Thank you to everyone at the Salem office!
