Klein Dental and Smiles by Moses Orthodontics

I had an appointment today . The staff and Dr. Klein are so patient, kind and gentle . I always have a GREAT experience at every appointment so far . Sarah answered all of my questions throughly and explained everything to me throughly! She has a GREAT attitude! Dr. Klein is AWESOME! I always feel so comfortable with him and the staff .The office and rooms are always clean . The staff is friendly!

Scheduled and went for a consultation for Invisalign. Was told I would hear back soon about financing and more information. A month later they called me with pricing. I told them I needed to make a final decision and get more money together. Well I've tried calling them once every week. They dont answer the phones. Left 2 voicemails asking for a callback. Still nothing. :(. Also got a $300 bill for the consultation :(. Not looking good given they wanted me to spend 7k there.

WOW! I was really impressed with this Dental office. Front Desk staff were courteous and helpful. Dental hygienist was thorough. Dentist was also thorough. Very pleased with my care.

I had the 1st orthodontic visit 2wk ago. While my insurance covered a part of the cost, I still paid $88. The orthodontist explained the treatment ok, but I was told someone would xall me later to discuss financing option and more. But I never received any followe up call. It feels like a waste of money since I never got the financial info or further support I was promised. Disappointed with the lack of communication.

This place is amazing. From the professional customer service, and clinical duties. They are caring, tentative, fast, very organize, all around amazing dentist office. Mr. Jason clean my teeth and he was informative, very patience with me, and courteous. Because of him I am not afraid of visiting the dentist office. Thank you guys for all your hard work.
