Dillsburg Dental

Dr. T and his office staff have been the most caring and absolute best with my mom who is elderly and also legally blind. She actually enjoys going to this dentist office and barely ever feels anything during cleanings or bridge work. Dr. Mike not only does quality work, but doesn't recommend unnecessary procedures.

Today, Oct 23rd, 2025, I took my wife, Suki, into Dillsburg Dental (Dr. Micheal Tomczyk, DDS) for the first time. Suki is disabled in a wheelchair and has not had a dental visit in a long time (she needs some work). I must say....the visit, the staff, were ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! We are in our 60's and I can say without reservation, Dr.Mike is the best dentist I've ever encountered. He spent alot of time with us discussing our many options. He was concerned about my wife's needs and made us feel very comfortable. As far as the staff...Ronda and Michele. Again, FANTASTIC!!! We thank you all. So glad we found you.

I dont normally leave less than stellar reviews, but i felt this was nessary. I dont have any problems with Dr T. He was good and took care of me, same for the dental hygienist. My problem is with the front desk, they have been consistently rude and have not followed up on what they said they would do. When I called to have my x-rays sent to the dental surgeon, I was met with a run around, having to call multiple times both places and almost didn't have the x-rays in time for my surgery. Update: They took my wife off their schdule because of this review and never told her about it. Thankfully she called ahead because she did not hear anything, and they said my family is no longer allowed there because of an honest review!

Best dental experience I have ever had! My dentist stopped taking our insurance. I really don't like looking for new dentists or doctors. You never know what your experience will be. Well, I am so glad my old dentist stopped taking our insurance! Ronda is a wonderful receptionist. Very helpful and understanding (I forgot to bring the new dental insurance information with me!) She also has a wonderful rapport with all patients. Michele was my hygienist. Very gentle with x-rays and the cleaning. I have a torrid on my bottom jaw. If someone isn't understanding of how painful torrid can be during x-rays....it can be unpleasant to say it mildly. Dr. Mike was right on time. Thorough exam, made a few jokes and was very kind. This office is a GEM!

I have been going to Dillsburg dental for over two years. My hygienist has always been extraordinary. However, the dentist makes inappropriate comments/jokes and the front office is very frequently rude. I generally don’t feel the need to leave reviews for businesses, but I will be seeking dental care elsewhere.
