Dr.Kasuya is phenomenal. I have been going to this veterinary practice for over 16 years and he is the most compassionate, caring, and understanding veterinarian I have ever met. He listens to every concern and I never leave feeling like I was not 100% satisfied with the service I was provided. The front staff is incredible Melia is my favorite, she is super sweet and makes you feel very welcome there. I would highly recommend this veterinarian practice to anyone that wants superb care, with a veterinarian staff that treats your animals like family.

My husband and I thoroughly searched for a highly rated veterinary practice in the area. Time and time again, Kirkwood Animal Hospital came up in the results. The feedback about Doctor Kasuya caught our eye and to date, we have had a few appointments for our dog, Rubes. The team is very kind and efficient and the feedback about Doctor Kasuya is right on point. He is kind, informative and listens with genuine concern. Our Pug also seems very comfortable with the team overall. Even though we live 20 minutes away in San Jose, we find it worth it to drive to Campbell as we know our fur baby is receiving the best care!✨

This was my first visit to Kirkwood Animal Hospital, I was referred to them by Cambrian Animal Hospital which has recently closed after 40 years of service to me and my many pets. I was pleased with Kirkwood Animal Hospital’s professional, timely and very friendly service. Dr Hu was knowledgeable, professional and exactly what I was looking for! Amazing doctors and staff. My dog had a medical emergency and our vet of over 15 years couldn't fit him in to be seen. Kirkwood fit him in that morning, had him seen by a radiologist and was able to do surgery that day. The doctor was absolutely wonderful, caring and took excellent care of my dog. Staff was great and so supportive. Kirkwood is now our vet.

Unfortunate experience. I was recommended to go here from our previous practice that retired. They said our records were transferred over. I make an appointment online, which says they are accepting new patients. I get a call the next day saying they don’t have my cat’s records because the previous practice burned them. I say that’s a bummer but can I still bring my cat. The lady said she didn’t think so but would check. But you are accepting new patients? She then says we can if we want to, so the appointment is now confirmed. I get to the appointment early, the door says to call to check in because of construction. I’m on hold for 10 min before someone answers and asks what car I’m in. I say I’m out front on the curb, there are no signs that say vet parking only, only “construction only
