Kira's pharmacy is the best in the neighborhood, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. I been going there for over 6 years

I see that my previous review has been deleted. We had a horrible experience with this place. My aunt was a client for a while, but the last time she’s been there, suddenly she felt not very good, and the employee: - refused to let her use the bathroom - refused to give her a glass of water - was rude and unprofessional Because of that stress my aunt immediately came into one of her PTSD states, severe anxiety attack came at her, and because she left her phone at home, she couldn’t call me. It was not the owner of this pharmacy, but the other lady. As the result - my aunt was lost out in the street. She forgot where her home was. We stood there for 10 minutes, the pharmacist never came. Served an elderly woman, and not in the most polite way, and then someone called her and she went to another room to chat on the phone :))) considering that we were standing near the service area 😒 Great pharmacy, won't come again 🥹🥲
