The staff is great. They were very caring.I took my grandson for the first time and they took good care of him. Prescribe his medication and told me, he should be better by the weekend and he was back to his active self. Great job Kion Pediatrics.

If i could leave a O start review i would. I will now be returning to this practice. I’ve had several awful encounters over my three years of going there. 1. The for my daughter birthdate wrong several time (i have to ask them to correct it everytime) 2. They had a used needle under the chair in an exams room from the previous patient, I had robot it out to the nurse. 3. Very rushed appointments 4. Mixed up my child records, they sent a request to the children’s hospital in memphis and i got mail saying she had a appointment there for a issue she doesn’t even have or was never discussed.

If I could leave a negative 5 review I would . 4 years ago this was a wonderful clinic. Now it’s the worst place to take your child. They do not care about the wellness of your kid. Many times they would have me waiting at the counter for 15 mins when I arrive on time!! Then say we have to rescheduled cause you’re late… they will schedule you then call to cancel cause their providers all of a sudden went out of town even though you made the appointment months ago. (Vacations non stop) But will still say you missed your wellness appointment . You will wait weeekssss and make multiple calls before getting a referral done. You take your child to an appointment and they belittle you for having concerns about your child and shrug off anything you bring up. Extremely unprofessional, and simply p

My 5 kids have gone to Kion since they were born. (6 years) We’ve never had an issue with billing. I took my child to an appointment one day in August where they informed me there was a past due balance of nearly $400 for a wellness visit (where nothing was done). I was skeptical but just made a note that I’d call the insurance company as that had never happened. I told the receptionist I was not able to pay that day. I was then put in a room for TWO HOURS waiting on Dr. Kris. When he finally comes in he throws a checklist my way and tells me to bring it back next week he will maybe give me a referral to where my daughter needs to be seen. I had a child in foster care who was on Medicaid. I got a phone call letting me know I need to pay the bill, I informed the lady no, it’s not my responsibility contact DHS and I even gave her the info, that following week I get a big bill in the mail. I contacted the worker we had at the time and she informed me she never once got a call from the clinic and I was not responsible for their “poor billing” she also said she gets calls from other foster parents all the time for the same reason! Someone really needs to learn how to bill properly. Needless to say I won’t be paying the bill- bill the county!
