⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently had an appointment with Dr. Liles, and I can't recommend him highly enough! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and at ease. He took his time during the consultation, ensuring that all my questions were answered and that I didn’t feel rushed at all. His thoroughness gave me confidence in the care I received. Additionally, the staff at the clinic were fantastic! They are incredibly kind and professional, which made the overall experience even better. If you’re looking for a primary care physician who truly cares about his patients, Dr. Liles is the one to see!

This was my first time going to this office. From the receptionists to seeing Kelton and her nurse .... everyone was extremely nice and they were very thorough and my overall experience was above and beyond ... excellent experience and I think I will be making kinwell my new primary docs

I did not have a great experience with PA Portia. I had not been seen by a provider in some time and when expressing my concerns, she seemed very dismissive and quick to prescribe med after med rather than going into details. I took the anxiety and depression screening and was never asked about anything about it. This place seemed more about the business than patient care. I will not be returning.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Tseng and her outstanding support staff. Unfortunately, after her departure, I quickly realized that the new providers show little concern for my health. In early January, I faced difficulties with prior authorization during a brief period when I had different insurance. The new provider refused to complete the necessary paperwork, instead suggesting that I take the medication preferred by the new insurance—Jardiance—and space out my Monjaro doses to every 10 days. This recommendation was not only unsuitable but also concerning for my health as a diabetic not on insulin. Jardiance makes me ill and frequently leads to repeated courses of antibiotics. Spacing out Monjaro, a critical part of my treatment plan, jeopardizes my well-being long term. Keepin

I have only seen a few doctors at Kinwell but recently had the pleasure of getting Emily Tseng. She is the best doctor I have seen at Kinwell and is an asset to establishment. She listens to her patients and she is very knowledgeable. Because of the comfort level this doctor has given me I will continue to go back to Kinwell. Thank you Emily!
