Kinney Drugs

Perfect example with the problems of living in Vermont. Businesses operate however they feel not in a way that is appropriate or serves their community. They are the ONLY pharmacy in this community and on the day when people aren’t working they close the entire department midday. I don’t want to hear about staff shortages. That’s not my concern. I’m not the company that made an estimated amount of 500 million to 1 billion revenue .

The pharmacy staff doesnt care about their patients. They will give you crap service or make you wait forever. When you complain, they whine about being understaffed and tell you to complain to the corporate office. I had a vax appointment and the pharmacist couldn't say how much longer it would be, and it was already 20 mins after the scheduled time. It wasn't even that busy inside. Just the drive thru had a line. Goto Walgreens in Lyndonville if you can make the trip.

Update: 8/28/25 I have 2 of three clients who kept getting medicines late monthly, usually about 3 days. Medicine they rely on. The people can't speak up for themselves so hear it is again. Kinney is late on too many things. Nothing has changed. They don't deserve your business. Many convos with corporate and the still are far below par. Updated 1/10/25 I filed myriad complaints. Then they delivered my meds to a different person violating my HIPAA and Kinney suffered no repercussions. Updated 9/20/24: They have been consistently late by 5-7 days late getting medication I need, medicine that makes me ill when I don't have it. This happens once a month like clockwork. Today I was lied to about the pharmacy trying to get a hold of me to alert me to the situation. My call logs show no su

The pharmacy staff at this location are the best I have ever dealt with. The pharmacists and techs are knowledgeable, hardworking, and caring. My family has depended on this location for 3 years. They have never let us down. I will never go anywhere else.

I've been going here since they opened and have always been treated fantastic.
