A pharmacist named Michelle I believe… slight accent maybe?, super kind. She went above and beyond to help my husband and I with something that was not clinically urgent but urgent to us. She treated it like the emergent situation we felt it was and made several calls through the whole day And kept me updated through the whole thing. She really is a gem and is a great model for what a pharmacist should be. Hold on to her Kinneys!!

I have had a bad cough recently and needed a prescription inhaler, as well as a refill on my diabetes medication. I called at 4:45 pm to see if it was possible to get it this evening. I was hoping to get the inhaler. The pharmacist said he’d have it ready in 20 minutes. I know the pharmacy can be busy and usually might be the next day to fill prescriptions Really appreciate the quick turnaround thanks.

Some of the pharmacy workers really enjoy talking trash about their customers. I get it. Your job is easy, boring, and you get paid big bucks for it. Common trend with pharmacies these days is they take their sweet time with filling prescriptions and treat you like trash even when the store's are empty.

Never has meds ready. Always tells me the wrong pick up day making me waste time and money for meds on the run.texts me 17th for several meds ready get over there just one . Can't do this to pple

They were my go to. Especially since I live in Hardwick and the Walgreens here is trash, but lately this Kinney has had random pharmacy closings when they're supposed to be open. This means I wasted 45 minutes every time this happens, and still don't have my prescription. I shouldn't have to call and verify that you're open when you have advertised hours. Do better.
