Hannaford Pharmacy

Since Grant left the pharmacy has become trash. Every time I go there are 3 people waiting with two employees fumbling around tying to help the first customer. No one ever comes to help the two or three customers waiting, so being third in line is a 45 minute wait. I'm going to try rite-aid. The hannaford pharmacy department is a disgrace to workers that actually care about the customers and know what they're doing. Horrendous.

Don’t go here if you value your sanity. The employees can’t seem to tell fact from fiction; it seems that telling outright lies to cover up incompetence is the new customer service prerogative. Absolutely never going here again

I had a prescription called in and 3 hours later they said that they didn't even have it. When I confirmed with my doctor that they did in fact have it they told me that it would take them an additional 45-60 minutes to fill the prescription. They couldn't care less that they dropped the ball and sent us on our way without any concern on their part. I would suggest using any other pharmacy than this one.

Giving it 1 star because I have to give it a star to write this review or I would not.It is hit or miss sometimes you get areally nice person the next time rude person sometimes a very understanding discreet person other times loud rude person they assume certain things about a customer depending on what drug they are being prescribed when in all reality they have no idea why said person is prescribed what medication days of prescription pickup changes from person to person who works there under their own discretion. Not because of any law or anything else when you call in a prescription and it says next day pick up then you get there and you cant pick it up because of the person working there and their opinion on it is totally unreasonable over it and filing a complaint and will he chan

I have used CVS, Kinney and Hannaford in Morrisville, VT. Hannaford is far and wide the best. Just like the others they can be busy at times but always helpful and responsive.
