What a great experience (again)! It is so nice that they offer a 0730 appointment. I was just in for a cleaning and checkup. I was seen on time and felt they did an excellent job.

I saw the sign and walked in. Immediately I felt welcome. Within 5 min. I was in the chair. It just gets better. So pleased I just walked in. Another review will come after procedure is finished. Everyone in the bldg. is professional, personable, and comfortable to be around. I rate a "10+ And then I went back 2weeks later for a better fit in the bottom denture. I was met by coldness made another appointment. In chair took dentist less than 2 minutes to fix HER problem. Locators were wrong size from beginning. Cost me $100 to fix her screw up

I rarely leave reviews, but here I had to share. I had a very poor experience here. First, the consultation I had for 2 crowns felt rushed. They didn’t address any of the concerns I had, they just wanted to rush into the procedure. I had an appointment this AM, and last night I started feeling sick with a cold. This AM I woke up with a full blown cold. I called in the front desk to share that I wasn’t feeling well and it wouldn’t be good to come in fully congested for the crown procedure. They said “well we’re going to have to bill you $300 for a no show”. And that was it. Didn’t care that I was sick. Didn’t care that I was concerned. DIdn’t even ask about rescheduling. Sure, I understand that some places have fees for no-shows. It’s not that I have to pay the fee. It’s the fact that was

I had my teeth cleaned by you with the utmost respect and treatment, and they cleaned my teeth well and removed everything stuck to them. I will come back to do a deep clean
