Kingston Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab

This post is about my daughter’s experience. The level of care and attention to detail here has been incredible. Dealing with a complicated injury that requires physical therapy can be challenging. I am incredibly grateful that my 12 year old child is respected and treated with such wonderful care. Seeing the way that the staff works from the front desk to all of the physical therapy specialist is inspiring. It is clear that they deeply care about their work and helping to heal their patients. I love the efficiency, communication, and resources available at this business.

Very rude extremely dismissive. I saw the main lady there who was disrespectful from the start with a nasty attitude. Claim to know about EDS but knew nothing and proposed dangerous treatment like putting me on large gym equipment and lifting weights. That's is not recommended for anyone with my skeletal issues. If i didn't know better and come back to follow their advice I would have been catastrophically injured. I sublux and dislocate bones everyday from normal actions like yawning sneezing walking etc. I also have a dozen comotbitities like rotoscoliosis, kyphosis, slipping rib syndrome, etc.Complete disregard for the fact that I am totally and permanently disabled. When I asked about hands on work I was told they don't do anything where they touch the patient. Not sure why i was broug

My step daughter has Hunter as her PT and he is awesome and helps her out a great deal with her injury. From the front desk to all the staff that work at Kingston Physical Therapy is what makes it the best place to get your injury looked at . Highly recommended

I liked my therapist. She was talented and skilled but she was in my opinion overworked, treating two or three patient at once. I got stuck doing kindergarten-level busy work while waiting, spending 30-40 minutes for 5 minutes of therapy. The hand therapy room was stuck in the back with neither windows nor natural light. It is not a healthy atmosphere. There were too many people, patients and therapists wearing masks. Are they sick and afraid of contaminating others, or are they afraid of getting contaminated? Seriously. Too much traffic in an unhealthy setting.
