Kings Terrace Nursing Home

Staff very unprofessional. The nurse supervisor was rude to me. I called to speak to my father. The nurse supervisor told me nobody by his name lived there, playing childish mind games. The level of respect and professionalism is ridiculous. This place barely deserves a half of star.

I don't understand how places like this are open. The service that is provided to the elderly patients and terrible. I come to visit a friend of mine. During the several times that I've come to this place I noticed that, the workers don't come and check on the patients. One time an elderly woman on a wheelchair was desperate to try and sit up but she was too weak to do so. After several minutes, I had to get up and get a receptionist ro come and help her. The rooms where the patients sleep are very clean however. They have to tvs for the patients. They have no refrigerator, nothing to keep the patients busy or entertained while they are so lonely in this depressing place. I had my bags searched like i was a criminal. It seems clean but its a warehouse for the sick and they dont want theyre paychecks walking out the door. The staff seems to do bare minimum to assist patients. Not much empathy seen especially with security. People are sick there and need to be heard and respected.

My friend lives there 2 times she had a accident and injury her self really bad. I go there every day. The aids are nasty to the patient's. When the patient ask for extra juice they tell them they have to through them away. And they don't give them nothing. When lunch and dinner comes to the patient is damn COLD AND NASTY. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS DAMN PLACE. ALSO IF AT DINNER THEY WANT EXTRA JUICE THEY TELL NO.WHEN THE PATIENT NEED TO USE THE BATHROOM AND THERE NO AIDS TO TAKE THEM I TAKE MY FRIEND. AM NOT SUPPOSE TO DO THE AUDS JOB. THEY HIDE IN THE EMPTY ROOMS.
