The worst customer service ever! The pharmacy is open until 7pm. I walked in at 6:50pm to get a cough syrup for my child. The woman at the register told me that the register has already been closed. A male store associate confirmed it and said they are closing now. Unbelievable! I wonder how their boss handles such attitude to customers.

Looking for some medications, but the narrow-minded, not friendly with terrible face woman was not friendly ( she always there, not sure, but she behaves like a boss !)😆 she stood in the front was more worried that my kids may steal something, became angry and start teaching me how to parent my son☝️. I started asking her about medication, but she was too angry because saw are not going to buy here! 😖Cheap person that toy cost around $2-3 $!!! Poor management, post-soviet style! They have no the idea of what hospitality is. Never again! A lot of great pharmacies in this area. I spent 200$ that day but not in this pharmacy.

Horrible place. First these people have no knowledge of products that they have in the store. Secondly, while my mom was talking to the pharmacy lady, my 2 years old found a small toy that cost about $2. I was planning on buying it when another lady at the register told her don't touch it because the battery will run out. Little clue for the store management, if kids don't touch it, parents don't buy it. Shame!!!

The worst pharmacy experience ever, very rude females at a counter, never come back again, plus a very high prices. Skip this place, a few blocks away to Ocean Pkwy there’s much better place with friendly customer service and lower prices!

Just called Kings Rx on Clarkson Ave. I am going for tomorrow and needed pre-op medications. I called earlier and the woman who answered advised they did bot gave the pain meds available but would process the nausea medication. Four hours later , I call to see if the nausea meds are ready & she says , you need an authorization. It’s 5:30p! Why didn’t you call me back 3 hours ago to advise me to contact my doctor before they closed. The staff who answered was cold, unsympathetic and made sure that I felt that she could care less! Surgery tomorrow, no meds! Feeling extremely disgusted & disappointed because I’ve been a customer for over 15 years
