I called 15 minutes before closing, hoping to speak with a doctor or PA about fever protocols for infants because my son is very sick. Instead, the front desk guy told me it was the end of the day and insisted I call back tomorrow. Shocked, I could only respond with a stunned “wow” before saying I’d just wait and call the emergency line later. I guess he felt bad and had someone call me back. Unfortunately, the call I received left me feeling even worse. As a first-time mom to a 6-month-old, I needed guidance on what to do if my baby spiked a fever overnight. Been with them ever since we moved to Great Neck 8 years ago. First Dr Omrani was our doctor and she is so caring, gentle, and understanding, listens to your concerns and needs and never judgmental. We now see Michelle C. there and she’s just as wonderful. As a parent of 2 special needs children they are always prompt with papers and forms that are needed (pretty often) for school/ therapy services. We’ve always been able to get same day appointments for sickness and they call back for questions/med refills promptly.

Been coming here for the last year. Doctors are ok. The people at the reception always have a bad attitude. Don’t come here if you have other options.

Most caring, knowledgeable and professional staff and doctors. Dr Omrani always goes above and beyond for her patients and makes us feel comfortable every chance she gets. Nothing is more important to a parent than knowing their child’s health is in good hands.

So impressed with this practice. Very comfortable experience bringing my newborn. Clean and warm environment. Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Benilevi is trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. Left there today feeling super confident and well taken care of.
