Kings Pharmacy

The best pharmacy in Shreveport that I've been to. I was greeted with a smile and everyone was friendly. I didn't have to wait on my medication like some of the other pharmacies. My medication was ready when I arrived. They came from around the counter to hand me medicine. I will be a forever customer. I highly recommend!

Very disrespectful parked my truck there to get a prescription filled and had to go get the date changed ragadey mouth man in maroon colored scrubs towed my truck and whats so sad he lied and handled me really bad because it was juneteenth they never have a parking lot full of ppl at all i asked is it anyway he could get my truck brough back man told me yes so i did what was told which was call towing company ,tthen they told me if he say you can get it then we will bring it back no charge so at this point i go tell him what towing service said call and he tells me im not going to do it i asked why he said spot is for customers only i said well im an new customer he says well being a new customer dont count u have to be an existing one at this point im really starting to get irritated s

Every time I come into the pharmacy, the staff is so welcoming and nice, and they go out of their way to explain to you how the medicine works. They even sometimes bring my medicine out to the car, Labretha Belle breaks every thing down on how u should take the medication.

The staff here is amazing! Always willing to help you, never have attitudes, they truly enjoy what they do. It’s hard to find that in pharmacies today. Thank you guys for your hard work and positive energy.

They are rude and some medication was missing from my prescription box. I asked to speak to the pharmacist I explained to him what happened he listened but pass the phone to an employee that questioned me like I was lying. Never tried to help me other than rude to me. First and last time using this pharmacy!!!!
