Frustrating Experience with DraftKings in Maryland If you’re considering using DraftKings, think twice. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. They managed to completely botch my account setup by mixing it up with my wife’s account, causing endless confusion and frustration. Despite submitting all the necessary documents multiple times, they still deprived me of my welcome bonus, which was one of the main reasons I signed up in the first place. To make matters worse, trying to resolve this issue with customer service has been impossible. They refused to connect me to a live agent, leaving me stuck in a cycle of automated responses and empty promises. DraftKings has shown a complete lack of accountability and customer care, making them a company I cannot recommend.

Update: I previously reviewed this dentist 3 years ago. Now, my opinion has changed. I still maintain that the dentist and office staff are kind and make you feel comfortable but...... Like others have said, they began canceling appointments. Sometimes they would call to cancel when I was in the parking lot. One time I just walked in and demanded they treat me. They did. Due to months of rescheduling, it took them months to fix a problem. They kept sending a prescription for pain to the Pharmacy. Eventually, I left the office and am now happier with a new dentist. However, they currently have a crown that was to be placed because they kept rescheduling. When I called to get it done, and left a message, they never responded. Still no crown. I normally don't write reviews unless I get really great service or really bad service in this case its really bad service. I'm experiencing what everyone else is experiencing cancelation after cancelation today is January 25th 2023 they just text me to cancel my appointment for tomorrow and reschedule for March. It's been canceled since June of 2022 its a filling appointment and alot of times my cleanings are canceled so the day b4 or day of I expect a text or call for cancelation. The lady that does my cleaning is very nice I like her. So the only excuse I get every time is the dictors is out. I'm gonna use them for cleaning only never seen the doctor but wouldn't feel comfortable with him anyway....

Read Reviews And FIND ANOTHER DENTIST!! All this place does is last minute cancel on people time after time. They don't care if you're in pain or had to take time off of work to make the scheduled appointment. You will get a text message (not even a phone call) that you are canceled and told to call to make a future appointment. From there it's just a different date and praying they don't cancel. Good luck folks, we are finding another practice.

Please save yourself the trouble, and find another dentist office. This so called " business" is a complete joke. They took our money for Orthodontic work but cancel the appointment EVERY MONTH! They reschedule, then once again at the last minute call to reschedule AGAIN! It's never ending. Excuse after excuse why they cant perform the work they are being paid to do. This has been going on for numerous months, the past 6 months they have called on THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT to say they need to cancel. Do they not realize people do work and they need to schedule time off from work, and it gets very frustrating!
