Staff is unprofessional. I went for one visit and will never go back! I went into the office to get established and to get treatment for flu-like symptoms. During exam the nurse checked my blood pressure with a cuff that is too small for people of my size, making my blood pressure seem much higher than it really is. I have a medical background and know that there is a good reason the cuff comes in different sizes, they know this as well. I also was sure to list all of my allergies on the forms I filled out. After the exam, the doctor called in an antibiotic that I am allergic to, when I told her I couldn't take that medication, she asked me if I was allergic to a medication I had never heard of and I told her no, as far as I know I am not allergic to that drug. when I went to the pharma

Took my step daughter here as she was very, very sick. I asked the doctor if it could be strep throat. I was assured it wasn't. She was tested for the flu in which the results came back negative. However, doctor decided that it was best that she be treated for the flu. The day after, the kid had to be taken to the ER. At the ER she was diagnosed as having strep and treated for strep. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone

I am very disappointed with this office. The staff didn't seem professional, the office was kind of run down. I went for a sick visit, doctor, well "PA", said go home and take over the counter medicine and come back in a few days if I was still sick. Really??? My throat is sore and I can't talk, on top of sinus pressure and congestion. I woke up the next day feeling worse, but it was a Friday and they are closed on Friday. The visit was a waste of my time and money. I won't be returning to the gastonia office, I recommend using the Kings Mountain office, they are great!

Was billed twice for something that I paid off over 6 months ago. No one sent me a receipt. I called and asked to speak to someone in charge and the woman clearly blew me off and was very rude. Didn't ask my name or anything. The Nurse Practitioner is very sweet. But everyone in the office is absolutely terrible. I will take my business elsewhere.

Had blood work on a Wednesday, sd it would be the following Tuesday before it came back, that the office would call either way regarding the results. The tuesday came and went. I call Thursday to see, was told the dr would call me right back...no call. I called the next day to make an appt, was told to wait that the dr would call me right back, they promised. Still no call. The office is rude as hell (the referral desk). I just want to know my results! Is that really too much to ask. Oh and lets not get started on the 3 hrs i was there, for blood work smh
