What a great experience! Dr Reiheld was fantastic. I highly recommend, especially if you work/live close - easy to schedule an appointment, I was in and out quickly, Dr Reiheld was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and needs.

After ordering a frame and having lenses put in, a problem of their staying in their sockets ensued. Informing Dr. Reiheld of the problem, instead of adjusting them, he went the whole nine yards and ordered a new frame at his expense. Working well now, recommend this store heartily!

Dr. Reiheld has been our family optometrist since before we had a family! Our visits have always been easy to schedule, professional, often hilarious, and I've never had any ordering, billing or insurance surprises. He's a joy with our young children, and always has a nice selection of quality fashionable frames.

2019: Very kindly accepted my walk-in around noon even though I had an appointment at 3:45pm. Dr.Reiheld took my financial situation into consideration and helped me figure out the contact brand and glasses that would work best for me. He went as far as sitting down with me and figuring out three different price option for me to get only glasses, only contacts, or both. The receptionist was also very pleasant while I was making an appointment on the phone and even nicer in person. 2024: once again, Dr.Reiheld took me in as a walk-in and went above and beyond to help me, including tracking down a frame I like that he doesn’t sell in his store. He actually recognized me from 4 years prior.
