They have been particularly helpful in the past 2 months. My Dr called in the wrong Rx. They were able to sort it out and get the correct one filled. When I needed a label reprinted for international travel, no problem. I really appreciate all the times they've gone above and beyond. Pharmacist Amy has been especially great to work with.

I'm sympathetic to staffing issues experienced by almost every business, but I was told at 3:15 pm the prescriptions would be another 45 minutes to an hour. I erred on the side of caution but it is now 4:40 pm and they are not done yet.

At Lafayette pharmacy May 25th, 2021 (Rt. 287) I waited for prescription for PAIN by dentist who removed (surgery) a post of an implant that broke. After ONE HOUR of waiting (told 1 1/12 hours) I stated to the one woman that my pain was worse. The lady said something about the many people getting the vaccines would not like to wait either. I said the vaccine people were not in pain and she then was not nice. I said, "You could say you are sorry" and she laughed. There was another man there. Her tone and not being nice makes me afraid to go in for the flu and other vaccines there. I shopped 10 years at Kroger in Georgia and received flu shots there, and they were always very nice to me.

I have found everyone in this pharmacy to be very helpful and courteous. Sure it may take a bit to fill an Rx but other people have requested assistance by phone, on line or in person prior to my arrival. It helps to have a doctor send in a prescription or for me to anticipate when my next refill is due so I don't have to wait in person.

Angel was extremely rude to me upon arrival, and if I remember correctly, it wasn’t the first time. Fortunately her younger co worker was super nice and patient. This is the only reason I’m not giving this pharmacy 1 star.
