Absolutely no bags on the open registers and then on my way out the cart locks up so I had to carry all my stuff out and drop it all over the parking lot twice. Thanks for treating customers so great. I’m gonna start ordering from Amazon cause kings was all that was good left nd now they suck worse than Walmart. Never again

9/20/25- The staff here are really hit or miss. The Starbucks staff were nice, but the lady working the customer service desk was really rude. I understand that it was early in the morning, but just because you woke up on the wrong side of the bed is no reason to take it out on customers. They need friendlier staff at the service desk.

I was in the grocery (related) business my entire adult life. It’s tough to run a good store. In my opinion King Soopers does as good a job as any. Clean, well-stocked, great variety. The only reason I could not give a 5-star rating was because of the lack of open registers (check-out stands) during a very busy time. Lines were long. I’m sure that is a hiring opportunity.

Small store but guest service is 💯 especially at the deli counter and Murrays cheese. Thank you Michelle and Jaden.

This has been one of the most frustrating grocery store experiences for me. The lines regularly stretch back to the frozen food section because there’s often only one self-checkout lane open. There are no scanning guns available, and the whole setup feels inefficient. If you’re just stopping in to grab a few items, be prepared to wait in line for 30 minutes or more. It ends up feeling like a huge waste of time. At this point, it’s honestly easier to shop across the street instead.
