Kindred Hospital Rancho

DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE! If I could give 0 stars, I would. My father nearly lost his life at Kindred Rancho. Had I not called 911 myself while watching him be unresponsive, I truly believe he would not be here today. Then we were transported back to San Antonio hospital where the emergency room staff said they are shocked he’s alive by seeing his stats and had I not reacted that fast by calling emergency he would have die. The nurses consistently made excuses to keep our family quiet instead of addressing serious concerns. Their RN, Rea, overdosed my father. There is so much more to this story than I can fit here, but please be extremely careful if you ever have to place a loved one in this facility. I strongly recommend that someone stay at the bedside 24/7 if you want your family

I never post any reviews of any establishment. But in this case, I made an exception, I usually go by experience personnel and feeling comfortable being there. While I was in dire need of help, as I came from a different facility and I was on the verge of expiration. I did not know what my outcome would have been and my condition. And I was sent to kindred hospital. I was very scared. It was my last stop. But within the few days I had gotten worse. And wasn't myself. By far, this is the worst place for anybody to go. Like the other guy said, if you want your loved ones to die, bring them here tell why 4 years my nephew was brought here not by choice but nobody knows what there doing. Please check their medication asked the nurse questions before it's admistered!! When the first time I walked in there, I felt negative vibes and a chill all over my back. I feel like i'm walking in a scary movie scene!! I truly believe this place made my nephew disabled. Still this day is hardest thing our family still dealing with!! THREE FAMILIES went cancer and dealing with this is hard to deal. with!!

My husband has been at Kindred in Rancho Cucamonga facilities since the first of January. The staff from the receiving nurse Katie to the daily nurses. Mae, Michelle,Mike,Lawana Pt, Katrina Pulmonary,. Dr O Dr H and all staff I didn't mention. The level of care, attention and communication regarding my husband's care has been extremely beneficial to my husband's recovery. Thank you

Today I had Reyna and alester as my cna and rn and irena as charge nurse and I had the best care and attention to detail and self care above and beyond just from normal best night I’ve had here since I got here. It’s tuff being in here but with people like them they make it so much better and more comfortable best best best team ever I hope I get them again tomorrow 🤞🏼☺️🙏🏼 god bless them for thier hard work and attention to patients !!!!
