Your willingness to accommodate our visit today made everyone's day extra special. We thank you for recognizing that the best medicine can sometimes come in the form of a 200 lb, English Mastiff.

I’m so grateful we chose Kindred Havertown for our friend. From the moment we walked in until we said goodbye, the experience was exceptional. The facility was impeccably clean, and the staff were truly wonderful. Our friend’s final days were filled with compassion, professionalism, and incredible sensitivity toward our family. Thank you for everything.

Both the LTACH and ARU provide exceptional care for their patients. The wound care team comes highly recommended, and the respiratory team has great expertise in ventilator weaning. The nursing team is kind and truly caring. Case managers walk alongside patients and families throughout their stay, helping guide them every step of the way and preparing them for the best next step. Everyone in the building works together to make sure patients receive the best care possible.

It has taken me two years to write this review because I couldn’t bring myself to talk about it. If you care about your loved ones at all do not send them to this horrendous facility .This facility killed my mom and took the life she fought so hard to live. She has to miss her grandchildren grow up because they couldn’t properly do their job. Sending her here which was supposed to be temporary so she could adjust after an amputation was my biggest regret. They didn’t care about her from the very beginning. They left her in that room and rarely came and when they did they were cruel. She told us she didn’t want to be there and we thought we were doing the right thing and helping her. Not only did they kill her but I had to fight them to call an ambulance when her health was clearly declinin

We've had two horrible experiences at Kindred. The first was in 2020 during the pandemic. I was there for rehab, referred by Bryn Mawr Hospital. The PTs refused to give me the therapies I needed. PT at Bryn Mawr did more for me even though they were just the hospital. My mom would call to speak to me and the nurses always told her I was sleeping. She told my husband I needed to be transferred out of there. I got so depressed because I felt like I would never go home that I went catatonic. I also developed Parkinson's-like symptoms. Fortunately, I was sent back to Bryn Mawr Hospital. where they weened me off the medications Kindred prescribed. They are now on my allergies list. Then I was referred to Bryn Mawr Rehab, which was excellent and gave me PT that was so good I was discha
