Kindred Eyecare

My son and I had a great experience at Kindred Eyecare. We are new patients. We always use Houston Eye Associates, however the next available appointment times were 2 months away. Making an appointment here was quick and easy. There was also no wait times at all. Our optometrist, Dr. Andrew Jo, was amazing. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. The techs that work there were also wonderful. Everyone that were part of our exam displayed excellent professionalism. I want to give Dr. Jo some Kudos for being so patient and encouraging while helping my son as it was his first time getting contacts. We really had an awesome experience, and will return and recommend Dr. Andrew Jo.

My son and I have been using Dr. Pham for over 10 yrs. She's amazing and her staff is always very kind and thorough. We originally began at the Sawdust location but we've moved and her college park location is closest to us now. So glad she has both offices!

I truly love this place. Dr. Pham is an excellent Dr. I have been going there for about 4 years and I will not change it. I took my kids there for the first time there and the experience was great. I love how you don't have to wait too long to have an appointment and there ins't a long wait to be seen once you get there. Her staff is friendly as well. I give them 100 stars and I recommend 100%.

Well up until now they have been doing a good job, I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I have been waiting for my subscription since 04/14/2022 and have not got them yet. Today 06/20/2022 they are going to reorder them. Wish me luck 🤞 My visit there to get my eye's checked made for a great Day. First Jasmine checked me in and was very patient. Jasmine did a pre-exam and she was very knowledgeable in what she was doing again she was very polite. Then the Optometrist Pham did a full eye exam and gave me a great deal of information I needed to know. I could tell Optometrist Pham knew her job and enjoyed what she does as well as making sure I left there knowing what I need to know about the health of my eyes. Received prescription and got glasses, after I my eyes adjusted to the new lenses, right eye was blurry. Went back and they advised same perception and had glasses adjusted to see if that helped, right eye still blurry. Went back again and and then they discover I needed new perception for right eye. Got the new glasses and still blurry in right eye. Set appointment and doctor was not there at the time, and they surprised me and said it will be an additional $45 charge, to hope they can get it right this time. Update went to a different eye doctor and the perception for my right eye was off. The doctor was shocked that my perception was so different in such a short period of time. Save your time and frustration as I would highly recommend you to go somewhere else.
