The worse experience ever. The older lady Caucasian lady made a bad time the worse. She abused her power telling me I should mind my business when I was concerned about my grandson having Covid she lied and said I threatened her she threatened to have me removed out of the room when I was concerned about my grandson all because me and my daughter had a disagreement in the room. Because we were both stressed about baby being very sick. She should not be working anywhere she a terrible person and when I asked her name she told me that it was not my businesses.

I brought my son here to be seen the wait time was not long, the lobby was clean, and the staff was very pleasant when you walk in. The medical assistant & doctor were sweet and willing to work with my fussy sick child. Would recommend to anyone to bring their child there to be seen.

I was delighted with this place. My daughter got sick after our vacation and I didn't want to take her to the ER because waiting time is crazy. I found this place looking on the internet and I called around 11am and they told me I could take her without an appointment. The place was about 10 minutes from my house. This place is excellent when I arrive to the place with the baby the front desk took my insurance and ID and within less than 5 minutes we were call inside, I didn't have to wait at all where in other places you have to sit for hours. Then the doctor took about 10 minutes to come in the room and see the baby. I recommend this place 100%.Great place and great service, everything inside was so clean.

Our first visit to Kinder Pediatric was great. I loved the maps on the walls, and of course, the the person who attended to us was very kind and efficient. Every room instead of a number had a name of a country. That was amazing. I think we were in France. The Doctor was very sweet, very y and did not rush us explaining everything. She listened to all of my concerns and explained everything to me. I felt reassured and understood. My son recovered very quickly. Thank you so much!

My daughter was visiting grandma for the summer and needed to be seen I was out of own. They still let her be seen with the proper documentation I emailed over. They were fast and courteous. Very professional and they follow all procedures which is a good thing. Thanks for caring for my daughter and her leg is doing better. God bless this office.
