Great visits. First time full body scan. Dr Bhakti Kanani was friendly and thorough. She educated me on the process and explained how to be more diligent with skin care. I had to go back to remove more cells after biopsy and again she took the time to explain everything. Office felt inviting and relaxed. Quick at each appt. Not waiting more than 10 minutes to be seen. Flexibility with appointments. Overall, a professional and courteous staff/medical practice.

The in-office visit was very quick. I was seen almost immediately and did not wait more than five minutes. The staff explained the issue and the medication for my daughter in detail. Everyone, from the reception staff to the nurses and the PA, was excellent, friendly, and patient.

I’ve been bringing my daughter Violet here for treatment on the little warts on her nose, and I have to say, they’ve been amazing. The doctor is super efficient, fast, and really knows what she’s doing. The whole staff is so pleasant and easy to deal with every single visit. They make something that could be stressful feel quick and simple. Highly recommend!

Overall, a friendly receptionist and a nice, clean office setting. Dr Bhakti Kanani is very efficient and saw me in a timely manner. She checked my mail problem, discussed the management of dealing with its issue and prescribed an antibiotic as well as gave me sample of the medication to start the treatment the same day

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience because it was genuinely disappointing. During my appointment with Bhakti Kanani. I felt consistently cut off while trying to explain what I was experiencing with my own skin. Instead of listening, the dermatologist dismissed my concerns and made me feel as though I didn’t understand what was happening—even though I live with this issue daily. For context, I was experiencing ingrown hairs under my chin. As an African-American man with naturally curly facial hair, the hair often grows out and then curls back into the skin, causing painful red bumps. I explained that I frequently have to lift the hairs out with tweezers so they lay flat. Despite this, she insisted the bumps were caused by bacteria and prescribed an antibioti
