Kinder Haus Pediatrics

I love our experiences with Kinder Haus. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. We see NP Tiffany and she’s wonderful and so informative. So grateful for their care for my babies!

Schedules you on days doctors don’t do vaccinations. Try to reschedule through their text automated system, which apparently doesn’t work. To then be denied care because I was a “no show” when trying to reschedule using their system. The communication is why I would not recommend this pediatrician. Their scheduling system needs work. Other than that they’re okay.

Staff is always pleasant and if I have a concern I am able to get an appointment within a couple days. Doctors and NPs are always nice and helpful.

We had been loyal customers at Kinder Haus since my daughter was born in March 2023. Unfortunately, in June, we were abruptly dismissed from the clinic due to “too many no-show appointments.” This was my first experience with such a dismissal, and I was completely unaware that it was a possibility. For each of the three no-show appointments, I had called in advance to inform them that I wouldn’t be able to make it due to my teaching schedule and inability to find a substitute. I had also paid a $75 fee for each of these appointments, which seemed reasonable considering the last-minute cancellations. We switched pediatricians after it was taking days and days to get ADHD meds sent to the pharmacy each month. Kinder Haus, in particular Dr. Hernandez, has always been quick to respond to refills and to all of our questions concerning updates to meds for our child. Our sick visits and wellness exams always make us feel like both she and the staff truly care about our kids and it's not just another visit. Also, our wait time has always been minimal, which is amazing for a doctor's office! With 3 kids, it's important to find a facility and doctor you trust and can tell really cares, and Kinder Haus has both!
