From the front desk to the doctors, every single person treated our senior fur baby with genuine kindness, empathy, and respect. Dr. Julie and Dr. Mike (the owners) are incredible — you can truly feel how much they love what they do and care for every patient. They took their time, ran thorough exams and labs, explained everything clearly, and gave our baby the best possible chance. Not once did they push us toward giving up — just compassionate, thoughtful care. We live in Winter Garden and initially tried urgent care closer to home, but after feeling discouraged (we were given only options with heartbreaking outcomes), we drove to Spring Hill based on recommendations, but also, we were lucky to get a glimpse of the facility when they first opened. We were very impressed. Best decision

The doctor was very caring, and the entire staff was wonderful. They were thorough and very attentive during our visit. Everyone there loved my girl and made her feel comfortable, giving her lots of treats. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. We had a great experience and really appreciated how kind everyone was!

The new location is fabulous. The people and doctors are amazing and so willing to help us take care of our bundles of joy. We were taking our older puppies to Kind Animal for quite awhile until they passed one at 18 years old and the other at 20. Couldn’t think of anyone else that we would take our new “children” to other than Kind Animal Care. We just got our new Dachshund Steve about 6 months ago and we are picking up his new brother, just turned 8 weeks, on Sunday. Highly recommend and tell everyone about our experiences here!!!!

Dr Mike, Dede, and the rest of the staff are amazing, they listen to all our concerns while talking notes and are totally thorough with their treatments and care from our silver Labrador tumor removal to our Husky’s skin growths removals. They demonstrated above and beyond detailed care and professionalism during and after surgery, the Harris and Velazquez household totally recommend their very affordable services and look forward to continued business and have our blessings.

Everyone is always so amazing with all of our animals! My children love coming to the new location because it is gorgeous and has a great waiting area for all animals to not feel crowded. The treatment rooms are always clean, spacious, and nicely decorated with really cool little animal-related touches that we love finding! The place is decorated for Christmas now and it is just gorgeous. Animal-wise, we literally have never had a single complaint. Every person in there treats all animals with respect, kindness, and dignity.
