The staff were kind, but I don’t feel the pricing was reasonable. I purchased a children’s eyeglass frame, and the price was not clearly explained in advance. I was surprised to find out at checkout that it cost $200. Because of this, I feel a lack of transparency, and I don’t think I will return.

Mrs. Kim always greets with big smile and I have been a regular past 5 years for every pair of glasses I have owned so far. This time, I thought it might be a good idea to try out Costco. My experience - waited in line for more than 30 mins, there were two people working and finally one lady reluctantly asked if I needed help, I asked about how much typically cost for glasses for a men. I had no idea that type of question can be so wrong and offending to that lady. Not a single moment of eye contact, very impolite responses, and moved on to another customer before our conversation ended. I understand everyone has a moment and bad timing, and I also believe this type of workers should never work at a retail businesses. An update after months of wearing the pair of glasses: the lenses are trimmed poorly, and one of them wiggles in a tightly fastened frame. Took away a star for that.. The staff are helpful in a down-to-earth way—not unfriendly at all. However, certain aspects of the experience may come across as unprofessional. We selected a frame that wasn’t well-suited for high-strength prescription lenses, and although they were aware of the prescription requirements, they didn’t advise against it. Instead, they recommended upgrading to higher-index lenses, which significantly increased the cost. Despite that, the final product wasn’t aesthetically pleasing and felt off-balance due to the weight mismatch between the lenses and the frame. It was also delayed. i called to make an appointment and the lady on the phone said something in korean (not the issue at all, their primary customers are korean i believe so it’s reasonable they would start with that) but then i said hello and they just hung up in me so i called back and nobody picked up
