Bankers hours, randomly closed for unacceptable reasons. Overly long, slow lines. Pedantic, random ID screenings, pre-check-in machines randomly working. Requires secondary process to get Rx put in, even after doctors office submits the prescription, which is an arbitrary, time consuming and unreliable and unnecessary step. Overall, they make everything about the process, even more excruciating than any other pharmacy.
Awesome job everyone. Thank you for filling my prescription at the last minute! Everyone did a great job today!
