Our family has been with Dr. Kim for many years, and we are so grateful for her care. She always takes the time to listen, support us, and provide the right referrals whenever we have health concerns. We also deeply appreciate the office staff—everyone is so gentle and kind with our children. The front staff go out of their way to be flexible with scheduling and to answer our questions with patience. Overall, we feel truly blessed to have this team walking with us on our health journey. We wholeheartedly recommend this office to both individuals and families.

I recommend Dr. Kim for both pediatric patients and family practice as well. It has been 6 years since I posted the above, and I decided to add a quick update as of 09/04/24. The new office is clean and comfortable. They even have a couple of Nintendo Switches for the kids to play with. The staff is super friendly, comforting, and efficient - referrals are quickly processed. My family and I have been Dr. Kim's patients since 2009, and I suffer from chronic kidney disease that needs frequent blood work as well as office visits—our experience with Dr. Kim has been great. I still recommend Dr. HyeSun Kim's office for all general practice and pediatric patients.

I had a disappointing experience at this office. The front desk staff ignored me for several minutes when I arrived, and when they did acknowledge me, they were curt and unhelpful. The doctor seemed rushed, didn’t take the time to listen to my concerns, and brushed off my questions instead of giving clear explanations. I left feeling unheard and unwelcome, which is not what you expect when trusting someone with your health. I hope the office improves communication and patient care, but based on my visit, I cannot recommend this practice

I highly recommend this practice. I have been going to this doctor's office for many years and the service has always been consistently excellent. The receptionists are warm and welcoming, even on their busiest hours/day they remain friendly and patient. The doctor is also incredibly attentive to my needs, she always makes sure I am informed and reassured about any problems. The office manager has been very helpful. She is very quick to answer any questions you might have and resolve any problems efficiently. The waiting room is also very accommodating. They have a Nintendo Switch that makes wait time enjoyable, especially for younger patients. They even provide goodie bags for new patients and on birthdays which I find it to be a very personal and thoughtful touch. Overall, I would high

For me Dr. Kim and the team are the best They are dealing nicely with the patients and they are on time like if your appointment at 2:00 so they will call your name within 5 minutes , they are like family and i like them all kim carol lili jowana the whole team are nice and hard worker to make you get what you want and i sent a lot of my friends to them and they are their patients now .
