Killingworth Family Pharmacy

We've been coming here for years and just love it. They know my family and pull my prescriptions before I get to the counter. It's an old-fashioned kind of personal customer service that you can't get many places these days. (Plus, I use the sweet free calendars with Norman Rockwell art every year!! ❤️)

If I could give 0 stars I would, my family has a long history of coming to this pharmacy. My mother helps take care of an elderly woman and for the past 4 years has had to go in to pick up her prescriptions and other medications. She was completely blindsided by the sudden change in demeanor from the employees and was told she was banned from buying a certain medication. Instead of being professional and respectful they completely humiliated my mother in front of an entire line of people by treating her like she was some kind of drug addict. Speaking loudly and ignorantly to my mother without any regard for human decency. My mother completely humiliated, the elderly woman she helps had to go in and get her own prescriptions and medications, the employees immediately said “you’re not buying

Keith and his team are very conscientious and helpful with any and all questions regarding prescriptions and general recommendations. They make healthcare and medication easy with great customer service and support. You cannot compare them to a large chain such as CVS, there is no comparison, their prices are great and customer service better.

Just like it sounds, a small family pharmacy. Has its pluses and minuses has every pharmacy of its size. But I like it.

I’ve never met a more friendly and responsive pharmacy. When an order for a medication was placed incorrectly by a provider, the pharmacist reached out immediately both to the provider and us, and filled it immediately. Their customer service is absolutely top notch.
