Killingworth Animal Hospital

I drive over 40 minutes to come here because I haven’t found another veterinary office that invests as much time, care, and attention into my dogs. The doctors are not only extremely smart, but also take the time to thoroughly explain what’s going on, why it’s happening, and how to help. I truly appreciate how patient and informative they are—making sure I felt comfortable and fully understood every step being taken for my pets. You can tell they genuinely care, and that kind of dedication is rare and so appreciated.

This veterinary team has been amazing, kind, and compassionate. My dog has struggled with chronic yeast infections for years and we tried everything to help… so many vets… so many meds…Killingworth’s wholistic approach and vast knowledge in various disciplines improved his quality of life ten fold and today we are yeast free. Today, I called them about my cat. They saw him and only charged me for his antibiotics. They literally gave me their time for free and at the drop of a hat. I couldn’t be more grateful to have found such a wonderful animal hospital, especially one that isn’t trying to push products etc. Thank you for being the best and making the stress of the vet easier.

My mother has been bringing all of her animals to Killingworth Animal Hospital for years. On today's visit I took her cat in for some physical issues. Can't say enough about Chris Mullen and her staff. Diagnosed and treated problems quickly and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Dr. Mullen, Dr. Dunn and the Killingworth Animal Hospital

This place does not care about animals. My dog was a patient here from 3 months old to 6.5 years and they’ve been nothing but problems every time he’s needed to be seen. They’re only interested in well visits and aren’t willing to be accommodating for sick visits… ever. There’s no rhyme or reason to anything they say or do and I don’t recommend anyone in town take their pets here. Their advice via phone is also terrible.

We love Dr. Fair! My 13 year old pup has been coming here her whole life. They've been so good with her during her senior years. It's a smaller vet, so the Dr's and techs remember your pets. Haven't had any issues here! Will bring any future pets here.
