Kidz Therapy Zone

Kids therapy zone is good place for my 4 years autistic baby . His speech therapist is so nice and helpful. My baby is happy with them .

Kidz Therapy Zone phone staff were very kind, patient, and helpful when calling to learn more about the practice and scheduling intakes. Unfortunately, from the time that we made appointments to the time that we saw a physical therapist, local friends began telling me to be weary of Kidz Therapy Zone because therapists keep leaving. I was also told that there are staff being hired without pediatric experience. When we arrived for a physical therapy intake, we saw a retired PT who said he had come out of retirement for them because they needed therapists so badly. I could tell that he didn’t have experience with high support needs autistic preschoolers like my son. Driving down the road to head to urgent care for feeling horrid, I saw these yard signs with the name “Kidz Therapy Zone” and a number. Knowing I have kiddos that could benefit from a new therapist or added services, I called to see what they offered. This amazing lady, Courtney, answered and went over their entire program and intake process. She was incredibly nice and understanding. She got me in that day due to cancellation. From the call to the checking out process, the staff is amazing and very helpful. Cara and Mikayla were the therapists doing the intake and were proficient and knowledgeable. I am so happy I was in the right place at the right time and would gladly recommend to others!
