Kidz Planet Pediatric Dentistry

Both of my kids have been going there for years. Very friendly. The visit goes very smooth. They’re up-to-date on their Preventative. Would highly recommend.

We have been a customer for 2-3 years and they’re always great. (FYI) My girls love this place. My daughter had an appointment and laughing gas was used. I was not informed of any side effects at all, the only thing they told me was the date for her next appointment. On the way home I turned around to pass something to my daughter and noticed her mouth bleeding because she had bit her lip without knowing. I left a panic message not accusing anybody but to understand what happened. I received a call the next day she sounded irritated and while I was trying to explain the situation she hung up. I barely got a word out.

Dr. Brown and her staff are always kind, courteous and on time. They make my children feel welcome and are so great with kids of all ages. We always greeted in a timely fashion and appointments always on time or pulled back as we arrive.

We had such a wonderful experience at Dentist for Kids Planet in Charleston! From the moment we walked in, the reception staff greeted us with such warmth and professionalism. Everyone we met from the front desk to the doctor’s assistant and the dentist was incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive. It was my toddler’s very first dental visit, and I was a little worried she might cry or feel scared. But thanks to the doctor’s gentle and polite approach, she quickly relaxed and even forgot to be afraid! The assistant and doctor took their time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience so comfortable for both of us. I had a great experience taking my 3 year old to Kidz Planet for the first time - everyone there was welcoming to both of us. My daughter was nervous but they handled it with calming voices, cool sunglasses, and rewards. She was proud of herself afterward, too.
