We had such a wonderful experience with our new pediatrician today! Doctor Boyd was incredibly kind and patient with the kids — they left the office so happy! You can tell he’s very professional and truly cares about his little patients. The office was beautifully decorated and welcoming. From now on, he’ll definitely be our family’s pediatrician!

DR. Boyd is the best! He’s so personable and answers all my questions(and I have a lot with a new baby). You can see he truly cares about the well being of his little patients. He explains everything in detail so you can understand. the nurse is great too. Such a great experience for new moms and experienced ones! Very happy we chose to take our son here.

From the moment he walked into the room, he was so attentive and genuinely concerned for my son’s well-being. He took the time to listen carefully, explain everything in detail, and made sure we understood each step. We never felt rushed — instead, we felt welcomed, supported, and reassured. What impressed me most was how thorough he was with testing and follow-up, questions, going above and beyond to make sure Raphael was okay. I went for my baby’s vaccine appointment, we just left the office. It was our first time to hopefully see Dr. Hugo Perez. We have a great insurance plan through my husband. The associate at the front desk told me I had a co insurance payment I have never had to pay in the past. She said it’s because the insurance is under dad’s name. Instead of being comprehensive as to my questions, she told me to call my insurance to answer my questions about my co insurance fees I’m responsible for. I just got off of the phone with Blue Cross Blue Shield and they informed me this office lied to me about the “co insurance fees.”

Dr. Boyd is AMAZING! Took my 1 month old son there for his 1st appointment and as soon as Dr. Boyd walked in the room he greeting you with a warm smile. Answered all my questions and I didn’t feel rushed and showed that he really cares about his patients. I’m happy to have him be my son’s pediatrician:) 10/10 recommend!
