KIDZ Pediatric Gastroenterology

The facility and staff could definitely use improvement, but Dr. Laura was attentive and took her time with my child, which I appreciated. This was my second visit to this office, and once again, the appointment started 30 minutes late—even though patients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. The environment feels more like a correctional facility than a pediatric office: no books, no toys, and plain beige walls throughout the waiting area and rooms. Also please get wall plugs on every outlet, you have kids all around. The last doctor I saw was Dr.Delgado and I DO NOT recommend her at all. Because I’ve had one decent doctor and one horrible, I wasn’t going to leave a review but since they asked…here it is.

I am very disappointed with the care my five-month-old daughter received at this practice. This was our first visit, and we were referred here by our daughter’s pediatrician. When I scheduled the appointment, I was later asked if we could come in earlier than the originally scheduled time. I agreed, thinking this might allow for more time with the doctor. My daughter has been struggling with what appears to be a milk protein allergy and has gone through several formula changes. Most recently, a formula change led to dehydration and she had to be taken to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital where she required an IV. I had an amazing experience. Itati was absolutely wonderful, and Dr. Minor was amazing as well. The entire staff was friendly, caring, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. We had little to no wait time, which was a huge plus. Everything was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience from the moment we walked in, front staff very nice the medical assistant was great and the doctor was more than great. Room was very clean the office itself was very clean I am very pleased with this office.

We go to this medical practice for many years. Always courteous and professional. Never rude (like staff of some other medical offices). There is very short wait time for your appointment. We get all of our questions answered. I highly recommend this practice!
