We had a wonderful experience with Mr Jennings. He was very kind and friendly (with my daughter, being extremely shy and cut off from strangers) he did an amazing job explaining to her how to prevent getting sick again and talking to her about her symptoms. Thank you to the team members as well

We had to make an emergency appointment for my daughter, who had a very high fever. Unfortunately, the online portal was down, so we were unable to schedule the appointment online. After calling several times and following the prompts that said we would receive a “priority text,” we waited about two hours but never received one. I eventually had to go to the office in person and speak to a representative through a kiosk. It was very difficult to understand what she was saying because the volume was extremely low, which made scheduling the appointment more challenging than it should have been. I do want to note that the service we received once we were seen was very good. The team members were professional, and the woman I spoke to through the kiosk was also professional and helpful. How

First off, I would just like to say this was beyond amazing service with barely any wait at all! Amazing customer service from calling in on the phone to arriving at the physician's office all the way through! They treat you like family and truly care about your health and what is needed for a quick recovery! Also, they were absolutely very professional and thorough with DOT physicals! I would highly recommend Kids Street Urgent Care! Dr. Jennings does an outstanding job, as does the nurse, who is very polite and well-mannered as well and they make sure you get the treatment you need to get back to being yourself! We had a great experience at KidsStreet Urgent Care. I loved that it was a quick an easy process (we registered ahead online). Both the nurse and provider were so kind and friendly. They were thorough and ruled out covid and flu for us and it was a very timely experience. We will definitely use them again for urgent care matters.

I brought my kids to Kids Urgent Care and Dr. Jennings FPN-C was amazing. He was very patient, gentle, and explained everything in a way I could understand. My kids felt comfortable the whole time, and the doctor took their concerns seriously. The visit was quick, thorough, and the staff was very friendly.
