KidSmile Dental - Spokane Valley

This place is so nice. The staff is so sweet and Dr. Ryan is amazing! He did a tongue & lip tie procedure on our son and we were having issues doing the proper stretches with him. We were pretty worried about it and so we called on Saturday, he made time to not only come in on his day off but on Valentine’s Day as well. He brought his wife in with him and she was so kind. They went above and beyond to make sure our little guy was taken care of and they were great at putting our minds at ease. Love this place, if you want a good pediatric dentist, this is it.

I can’t say enough good things about Kidsmile Dental! My daughter, Aliyah, has been scared of the dentist since she was 5 years old, and finding a team that truly understands her anxiety and needs has been a struggle—until now. She had 8 cavities that needed attention, and the staff here were so welcoming, gentle, and patient with her throughout the entire process. They genuinely cared about her comfort and pain levels, which made all the difference. Aliyah left smiling, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I 100% recommend Kidsmile Dental to any parent looking for a compassionate and skilled dentist for their child!

Terrible billing practices! Charged double after being quoted a price for a treatment (quoted $600 for the procedure, then bill was $1200). Different kid, Billed $572 on an initial exam for a 4 year old, no complaints and no treatments. He got regular x-rays that totaled $287 (they itemized each individual picture to $40-55, so 6 pictures in total). Called to discuss why it was so much for routine x-rays and told "that's just what we charge". I was not informed at the time of care they were taking $300 worth of x-rays. I was charged $150 for a medication application that the denist said he would wave the fee. Everything billed at high end of industry standard. Pricing is not transparent and they add on unexpected charges. Do not go here if you pay out-of-pocket. This place has billed $336

We love KidSmile, they are so kind and patient with both of my kids. We've been coming to the Valley location ever since my oldest was born. There's fun things to do in the waiting room - my kids especially love the pin ball machine. My 4 year old is actually excited to go to the dentist!

I brought my two week old baby to KidSmile for a frenectomy and we had such a great experience! Dr Blake and his team were so gentle and attentive with my daughter. They completed the procedure timely and my baby was back asleep minutes after they finished. I was extremely impressed and pleased with the team and will definitely be back when she grows teeth!
